Can I order anything from your cafe menu on the Meal Club Plans?
There are a ton of food choices that are healthy and planned specifically for you. We sit down and help carve out a plan that is customized to your personal goals. Based on the custom program, we create daily meals where you can stay 100% inside of your program, eat delicious food, never go hungry, and have the energy you desire throughout the day.
Is the meal club costly?
Many plans have lots of hidden costs. Our Meal Club gives you high quality and nutritious food at an affordable price. Additionally, we help you establish meal plans, and successful eating habits that stay with you. Built right in to your plan are plenty of substitution options that you can prepare for yourself. Our plan is designed to get you to learn how to plan your own meals once you are committed and educated as to how to do it on your own. That is why our plan is probably the most legitimate cost-effective plan out there.
Do you offer daily, weekly, and monthly plans?
We encourage our club members to order from us as much as possible at the beginning of the program and eventually order as needed. Club members order as they desire. No contracts and no obligations. We offer the program in the following ways:
Daily subscription – This is a $39.95 option that offers everything one needs to eat. This includes breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, pre-dinner shake, dinner, and optional snack.
3-day pack – $112.95, this option provides a small savings over the individual daily subscription
5-day pack - $169.95, this option provides a savings of 15% and is the best way to save and stay on the program with the highest degree of convenience and while enjoying delicious fresh food tailored just to you.
Do you offer any meat options?
We do not prepare any beef or poultry on premises. As for fish, we adhere to the strictest levels of Kosher, so we do offer many fish choices such as Salmon, Tuna, Flounder and other Kosher fish. While we do not prepare beef or poultry in our facility, we do have a local partner that provides us meat and chicken entrees. These options will be in your meal plan. In short, if you like meat, this program will still work for you.
Are you following any specific plan or diet?
We are a café and NOT nutritionists. Food and healthy living is not just our hobby, it is our passion. We believe in lots of balance and very clean eating. We also are big believers in the importance of having a good amount of protein in your diet. We help carve out a strategy that is right for you and helps you thrive. We strongly encourage you to show the plan to a professional to ensure that the plan we carve out is right for you. In general, our plans consist of:
- 60-130 grams of protein daily
- Avoiding high fats
- Stay away from added sugars and bad carbs
- Small amount of good carbs and natural sugars
- Frequent meals
- Portion control
- Eating enough calories that your musculature is not compromised, and you have enough energy
Do you offer gluten free options?
We have many gluten free options.
Are you certified Kosher?
We are Kosher certified by Chabad of Greater Daytona, and adhere to the highest standards of Kashrut including Pas Yesroel, Bishul Yesroel, and Chalav Yesroel
Do you recommend exercise on your plan?
We strongly recommend exercise and customize plans to give you the strength to be as active as you desire. However, you should always check with a professional to ensure that you are up to the physical challenges you wish to take on
Do you offer plans for athletes?
Athletes eat differently than most people and have different needs to achieve their goals. We have the capabilities to meet every athlete’s needs, but athletes may require custom pricing, based on their dietary needs.
